The fortified construction and soft comfort of the 6400 Series heavy-duty padded stools with backrests are ideal for hands-on educational settings like art rooms, science labs, home economics or shop classrooms. These reliable stools feature a sturdy frame of 18-gauge steel tubing securely welded to a 14 diameter seat pan. Riveted through the steel pan are 1/2″ -thick gray vinyl cushioning that will provide years of dependable use. Footrest ring is securely bonded to each leg with four spotwell contact points. Height-adjustable legs extend from 32″ to 39″ in 1-inch increments and adjustable padded backrests can be moved 2″ up/down and forward/back.
